The Roosevelt New Orleans, part of the Waldorf Astoria Collection, invites locals and visitors to Easter brunch in the Waldorf Astoria Ballroom, where guests will enjoy a live performance by New Orleans saxophonist James Rivers, along with gourmet plated entrees from executive chef Stefan Kauth.
