The Roosevelt New Orleans, part of the Waldorf Astoria Collection, invites locals and visitors to Easter brunch in the Waldorf Astoria Ballroom, where guests will enjoy a live performance by New Orleans saxophonist James Rivers, along with gourmet plated entrees from executive chef Stefan Kauth.
From the moment the doors to The Roosevelt’s grand lobby swing open, the experience of Easter Brunch in the Waldorf Astoria Ballroom is a one-of-a-kind. As they are escorted to their tables, guests will experience a feast for their eyes as they pass towering displays of fare containing seafood creations and carved meats and oysters, as well as a dessert station including Bananas Foster and Crepes Suzette.
“We invite locals and visitors alike to experience an Easter brunch like no other,” said Tod Chambers, general manager at The Roosevelt. “With live music by New Orleans’ beloved saxophonist, James Rivers and Creole-inspired dishes, Easter Brunch at The Roosevelt will be one to talk about.”
Easter Brunch in the Waldorf Astoria Ballroom is available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Adult plates are $85 and include valet parking and a glass of champagne.
