King Suites

Due to the uniqueness of this historic building, the Roosevelt features a number of One-King Bed Suites in a wide arrray of layouts and configurations. Each suite is different in a subtle way but all are spacious and feature separate living and sleeping areas.The bedroom area includes all the amenities to be found in all of our guestrooms and is attached to a bathroom with a multi-nozzle, walk-in shower. The living room portion of the suite features its own 42” flat screen TV along with a sofa and two chairs. On average, these suites are approximately 650 square feet (60 square meters) and are interspersed throughout the building for a variety of views and layouts.

Connecting Rooms

There are four suites that connect with the rooms adjacent to them converting the suites to two bedroom suites. Two of the four suites connect to King-Bed Deluxe Rooms, and the other two connect to 2-Queen Bed Deluxe Rooms. Since the availability is limited please let us know at time of reservation if you wish to request a King Suite with connecting room.

Half Baths

In addition to the full bathroom in the bedroom area, some King Suites also feature a half-bath (no shower or tub facilities) in the parlor area. As above, availability is limited so please let us know at time of reservation if you wish to request a King Suite with a half-bath.

Sleeper Sofa

While all King Suites feature a sofa in the living area, some of the suites have sofas that convert to pull-out beds (with a Queen-sized bed). This is a great option for families or travelers with three or four people in the room as it essentially adds an extra queen bed to the room. As above, availability is limited so please let us know at time of reservation if you wish to request a King Suite with a sleeper sofa.
