What time are check-in and check-out? What is the fee for late check-out?
Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at noon.
Based upon availability, there is no fee for a late check-out up until 1 p.m.
What are the hours of operation for the hotel’s food and beverage outlets?
The Fountain Lounge:
Breakfast: Monday – Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Saturday & Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Brunch: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Lunch: Monday – Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Lounge: Tuesday- Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The Sazerac Bar:
Daily from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.

What are the hours of operation for the spa and what services does the spa offer?
The Waldorf Astoria Spa is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Waldorf Astoria Spa offers an array of services, including: manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, makeup artistry and a full-service hair salon. Please see the menu of services. Reservations are strongly suggested for all services.
Does the hotel have a fitness center and pool? If so, is there a fee?
The hotel has a 24-hour fitness center which is complimentary to all in-house guests.
The rooftop pool is open from 9 a.m. to dusk and is complimentary to all in-house guests.
Does the hotel allow pets? If so, is there a pet fee?
The hotel allows pets up to 25 lbs., and there is a $175 non-refundable pet deposit.
Does the hotel have handicap accessible rooms?
The hotel does have handicap accessible rooms.
What is the internet fee for guests?
Internet connection is available both wired and wireless in all guestrooms for $14.95 per day.

Do guestrooms include a mini bar?
Yes, each guestroom has a fully automated mini bar stocked with snacks, sodas, wine, sprits and beer. Please be aware that the mini bar is not intended to be used for personal refrigeration, any items removed from the mini bar will be automatically charged to the guest’s hotel account.
Do guestrooms have hair dryers and coffee makers?
All guestrooms have one hair dryer.
Guestrooms do not have coffee makers, but coffee can be ordered through in-room dining 24 hours a day. Teddy’s Café in the lobby offers coffee during their hours of operation from, 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily.
Does the hotel offer dry cleaning services?
The hotel does not have an in house dry cleaning service, but guest service agents will be happy to send laundry out for guests. For same day service, guests must provide their dry cleaning order by 9 a.m. Items will be returned between 5 p.m. and 6p.m. that day. Prices vary depending on items.
How much does parking cost?
The hotel provides valet parking only: $42 + tax for overnight registered guests; $48 for overnight registered guests with oversized SUV and $18 for the day and/or event parking, plus tax.
Valet parking will be $42 for any overnight registered guests.
How far is the hotel from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport?
The hotel is approximately 15 miles or 20 minutes from the airport.
