The cuisine combines Chef Alon Shaya’s Israeli heritage and love of local ingredients with a menu that reflects his time spent cooking and living in the small towns of northern Italy. In summer of 2012, Travel and Leisure Magazine named Domenica one of the best Italian Restaurants in the US.
Alon Shaya, who is originally from Philadelphia, was recently nominated for a James Beard Award and was named People’s Best New Chef (Gulf Coast) by Food & Wine Magazine in 2012.
